4.       Hockey Sense / IQ: Your mentor will  help you to anticipate play and understand the game better.  You will learn what coaches and scouts want to see in your play and the principles, habits and skills necessary to achieve your goals. 

4.       Monthly 1-on-1 Coaching: These sessions are designed to address your greatest challenges, whether they relate to your game or practice performance, interactions with coaches and teammates, or intangibles critical for high-performance habits and success.

5.       Supplementary Development Strategies: We identify supplementary development strategies, connecting you with subject matter experts to further enhance your skills.

Conditioning Planning and Consulting $175 monthly
